Orders take between three and seven days to be delivered.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address for each order. If your order contains gifts or products that should be shipped to more than one address, you should place different orders, for each address you want to ship the products to.
Contact us by sending us an e-mail indicating your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know what happened and how we will resolve it.
Shopping is very simple: just select the products you want by clicking on "add to cart". After you have chosen all the products you want, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen and check that it contains the selected products. At any time you can add or remove products from your cart. When you have made your choice, click on "checkout", enter your details and make the payment.
Check that the delivery address is correct. Remember that all payments are made according to the highest security standards. You will receive an e-mail with the summary of your order.
Packages always leave our warehouses unopened and in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, refuse it and inform us by sending us an e-mail in the contacts section indicating your order number.
If any of the items you received is defective or does not match your order, let us know by sending us an e-mail, within 24 hours after receiving your order, in the contacts section. In your e-mail, tell us the order number and the occurrence, and we will contact you and tell you what to do.When we receive your order we will do a quality control to determine the reason for the return. If you wish to replace the defective product and we have a replacement in stock, we will notify you to set a new delivery date as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will refund the total amount of your purchase, via bank transfer.
